Some of the most iconic locations we’ve been to include Centennial Park\, Darling Harbour\, ICC\, Parliamentary Triangle\, Byron Bay and many more. \nAges\nSuitable for all ages\nUnder 5’s require an accompanying parent/carer. (Grab our toddler ticket which includes a parent ticket )\nResponsible adults MUST remain within the premises for all minors. \nImportant Ticket Info \nWe strongly suggest booking online to avoid disappointment. \nEach Toddler includes a parent ticket. Purchase the toddler ticket and an extra wristband will be automatically provided when you check-in at the event. \nOnly participants entering the actual inflatables need tickets. Spectators can remain on the premises without a ticket as long as they are not entering the games. \nGroup bookings can include toddlers. Hence\,  have in mind the number of toddlers so you make sure you are not overbooking. Tick the checkbox if a group rate ticket correspond to a toddler so we can provide an extra ticket upon check in. \nWhat happens if it rains?\nWe won’t let t rain stop the fun! We recommend you bring a spare set of clothes and towels. Take extra care if surfaces are slippery and wear socks with grip tread soles (You are welcome to re-schedule or request a gift-card if you don’t want to participate in the rain). \nIn the event of thunderstorms\, heavy rain/winds or extreme weather conditions that could represent a risk we reserve the right to postpone\, reschedule or cancel sessions or the event. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email. \nIf an event session/day is cancelled/postponed on account of the weather\, customers will be issued a gift card to be used anytime in the future. \nWhat to bring\nSocks (preferably grip soles)\, water bottle (No glass)\, sunscreen\, picnic blanket and some form of shade if needed. \nPlease bring your booking QR Code and signed online waivers\, either on your phone or hard copy to help us speed up the check-in process. Make your way to the ticket office to check in and get your wristbands. You can keep your wristband as a memento. \nStorage\nLockers are not available at the event\, but you can leave your belongings safely with our staff at the ticket office\, at no charge. \nFood & Drinks\nWe will have coffee\, ice cream and yummy food available for purchase at our events (availability dependent). \nYou may bring your own food/drinks too. No alcohol is permitted. \nNo food or drinks are allowed on or near the inflatables. \nNo glass is permitted on the premises for safety reasons. \nCancellation Policy \nAll sales are final\, however\, bookings can be re-scheduled or cancelled up to 24hs before your booking date. Go to your confirmation email and find “change booking” or “cancel booking” below your booking date and time. Click on it and follow the process to change your booking or to cancel and receive a gift card to rebook at your convenience. \nIn the case we need to cancel due to bad weather you will automatically receive a gift card to rebook for another day. \nDidn’t make it? Chill out\, no shows will also be issued with a gift card upon request to come back another day.
